Outreach Programs

AKIN'20 is community welfare and well-being activities and was held at Pusat Pemulihan dalam Komuniti, Lahad Datu, Sabah. The event was involved by UPSI's student that come from Lahad Datu and Kunak, Sabah. The main purpose of the program is to increase awareness of volunteering activites and cultivate a positive values among UPSI's student itself. It also providing opportunity for students to work together with the community optimally. The community that's mention is the OKU person. The cooperation that student give was the "Fun and Fit" activity where students was in charge to create movement for exercise. Besides that, there was Gotong-royong activity to clean and clear the Pusat Pemulihan dalam Komuniti. There was also "Paper Puppet" activity to entertain the community and after they completed their puppet, the community was show and tell about their puppet. Last activity was "Create Origami" activity where community was provided with origami papers and student guided them to build an origami.
